DigitalMedia is an omnichannel customer communication platform that combines social media channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook/Messenger, Telegram and others) into a single dashboard with AI-based automatic responses, automation and scheduled messaging capabilities. We reserve the right to modify the functionality of the Service at any time.
2. Account and Registration
- When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
When using the Platform, the following are prohibited:
- Sending unlawful, deceptive, spam or unauthorized commercial messages;
- Violating the rules of third-party platforms (Meta, Telegram and others);
- Distributing malicious software or attempting unauthorized system access;
- Violating third-party rights, including privacy and copyright;
- Actions that overload or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
4. Third-Party Platforms
The Platform integrates with third-party services (such as Meta Platforms, Telegram). Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for problems arising from policy changes, outages or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
5. Payment and Subscription
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, terms and renewal conditions are provided at the time of purchase. Unless required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform, its design, source code, logo and content are owned by DigitalMedia and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Content you upload through your account remains your property.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. DigitalMedia is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost revenue or data loss.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice if these Terms are violated. You may close your account at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. By continuing to use the Platform, you accept the changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
